Ella Desper Co-Director
As Co-Director, my heart is fully invested in serving foster families and children in need. I believe every child deserves to feel loved, valued, and cared for, and every foster parent deserves strong support. Being part of this mission allows me to turn that belief into action, whether it’s organizing donations, connecting with families, or helping create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. As I graduate high school and begin my journey toward a career in social work, I am excited to continue growing in this calling and making a lasting impact. This work is more than a role to me, it’s a calling.
Stacee Desper Co-Director
I am passionate about serving people and being the hands and feet of Jesus in my community. As Co-Director of City Hope, I am dedicated to supporting children and families. Especially those in the foster care system, through outreach, resources, and meaningful relationships.
I have been married to my husband, Luke, for 20 years this July. Together, we have two biological daughters, Ella and Emery, and are currently caring for two foster babies. My personal experience as both a mom and foster parent deeply fuels my heart to ensure every child and family feels seen, valued, and loved!
